Sometimes the food we eat can be applied externally to our skin and hair. Especially ingredients like aloe vera, coconut, rosemary and mint, they can not only be consumed for weight loss and healthy digestion, but when applied outside in natural beauty products will moisturize skin and promote hair growth. Aloe vera contains proteolytic enzymes which repair dead cells on the scalp. It works great as a conditioner, leaving hair shiny. Rosemary will improve mood and memory while fighting premature ageing and healing the skin.
