Superfoods are nutrient rich and can replace some of the more complicated dishes or ingredients you might be using in your everyday cooking or even in your beauty routine. Try experimenting with smoothie recipes and raw desserts which are most predominantly easy and time efficient. Also eating a superfood rich snack bar or snacking on nuts instead of your mid-morning pastry could help relieve constipation, give more energy and curb hunger. There are many varieties for different needs such as: maca – libido, hemp – protein, bee pollen – immunity, chia seeds – omega 3, cacao – heart health, pomegranate – antioxidants and jungle peanuts – energy.
